Former president John Dramani Mahama has paid a courtesy call on the Chiefs and Elders of Amantin in the Ashanti Region.
Speaking to the chiefs and elders of the Amantin community on Thursday 17th September 2020 , he pledged that N.D.C. is committed to the peace and stability of this country and will do everything possible to safeguard the peace during and after the 2020 election slated for December 7th 2020. He eulogised the late Professor John Evans Atta Mills that he stood for peace that’s why he earned the name “ Asomdwee Hene” meaning King of peace. He reiterated that N.D.C. wants the election to be conducted in a free and fair manner so that Ghanaians will choose the leader that they want, so that that person will rule for the next four years ahead of us. please listen to the full audio below.
